..Το 1977 η οικογένεια Χαντάκη ιδρύει στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης την ιστορική Διαγώνιο. Με τα παραδοσιακά της πιάτα αλλά και την στήριξη και την αγάπη των πελατών της κατάφερε να διανύσει πολλά χιλιόμετρα στον χώρο της γαστρονομίας ..Το 2022 ,όμως, δίνει τα κλειδιά της στην ομάδα των δημιουργών των Γλυκάνισου, Marea Sea Spirit, Stories και Iberico. Τα αδέρφια Σταύρος και Χρήστος Σωτηρούδης μαζί με τον Θεόκτιστο Σαρασίδη αποφάσισαν να συνεργαστούν με τον κ. Τσιμπέρη, αναλαμβάνοντας ένα σημαντικό έργο , να διατηρήσουν αυτό το εμβληματικό εστιατόριο. Διατηρώντας, λοιπόν, τα συστατικά της μακρόχρονης επιτυχίας του, αλλά και την πολυετή εμπειρία τους στον χώρο της εστίασης , αναλαμβάνουν να το οδηγήσουν στο μέλλον.
Στην ομάδα υπάρχουν μέλη που βρίσκονται εδώ από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα, κουβαλώντας στις πλάτες σας ιστορίες, γέλια, κόπους και αμέτρητες στιγμές φιλοξενίας. Άλλοι ήρθανε αργότερα, αλλά γίνανε αμέσως κομμάτι αυτής της ζεστής παρέας, όπου η εμπειρία συναντά το μεράκι των νεότερων.
Χωρίς εκείνους, τίποτα δεν θα ήταν το ίδιο. Κάθε πιάτο που βγαίνει από την κουζίνα, κάθε χαμόγελο που προσφέρεται στους πελάτες, κάθε μικρή λεπτομέρεια που κάνει τη διαφορά είναι αποτέλεσμα της δικής σας σκληρής δουλειάς και αγάπης.
Our team
..In 1977, the Chantakis family founded the historic Diagonios in the heart of Thessaloniki. With its traditional dishes and the unwavering support of its loyal customers, it made a remarkable journey in the world of gastronomy.
However, in 2022, the restaurant passed into the hands of the team behind Glykanisos, Marea Sea Spirit, Stories, and Iberico. Brothers Stavros and Christos Sotiroudís, together with Theoktistos Sarasidis, decided to collaborate with Mr. Tsiberis, undertaking the significant mission of preserving this iconic restaurant. By maintaining the key ingredients of its long-standing success while bringing in their extensive experience in the hospitality industry, they aim to lead it into the future.
The team includes members who have been here since day one, carrying with them stories, laughter, hard work, and countless moments of hospitality. Others joined later but quickly became part of this warm family, where experience meets the passion of the younger generation.
Without them, nothing leaves the kitchen, every smile offered to customers, and every small detail that makes a difference is the result of their dedication and love.would be the same.
